Collecting Personal Information

When you register an account with Acetrack’s app, we collect the following personal data from you: your email address, username, birth date and height.

When you continue using the app you regularly upload personal data onto your account such as, depending on your use of the app; your breath acetone levels, your exhalation profiles, and optionally manually edited blood ketone levels.

In an ongoing effort to improve our app, additional personal data may be collected from you. In such cases we will contact you for an approval and when the personal data collection takes place.

When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to any information that can uniquely identify an individual (including the information below) as “Personal Information”.     • Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.

      Google Tag Manager

      This site uses Google Tag Manager which distributes and helps us integrate, manage and keep track of our marketing tags (code snippets or tracking pixels). Tags are code snippets or tracking pixels from third-party tools (such as HotJar, Google Analytics, Facebook, etc.) These tags tell the Google Tag Manager what to do. The tags are small code elements that are used, among other things, to measure traffic and see the behavior of website visitors, to understand the effect of online advertising and social channels. We are responsible for your personal data and our supplier MailChimp is an assistant in using and saving this personal data.
