Refund policy

Free returns

Items need to be unused and  in their original condition, with all pieces intact. The items need to be sent together with the Delivery Note within 14 days. The items must be returned in the same packaging as they arrived in, including all accessories. We always try to improve our products and system and therefore also kindly ask our customers to provide us with the reason for the return. 

How to return your order in Sweden

  1. Place the item/items in the original box with the original protective packaging together with the Delivery Note.
  2. Hand it in at your nearest Service Point.

 

How to return your order within the EU

  1. Place the item/items in the original box with the original protective packaging together with the Delivery Note.
  2. Hand it in at your nearest DHL Service Point.

 

How to return your international order

  1. Place the item/items in the original box with the original protective packaging together with the Delivery Note.
  2. Simply send us an e-mail at: support@getacetrack.com – write “return” and your order number in the subject line, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with instructions what to do next.

 

Refunds

We will complete the refund as soon as we have received your return. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the money to  reach into your bank account depending on your chosen payment method.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we cannot administrate online exchanges of purchased items. If you would like to make an exchange, please return the item/items and place a new order online.

Defective items?

If you receive an item that you think is defective or has a production error, please contact us at support@getacetrack.com and we will help you out.
